Wiltshire Swain (WS) are an innovative design practice formed from a passion for design excellence.

As Architects and Interior Designers, we provide innovative and effective design solutions within physical, environmental and financial constraints.

Our management team and employees are committed to sustainable solutions achieved by optimising social, economic and environmental outcomes.

WS is committed to providing and satisfying the requirement of our Clients and to the continual improvement of our services and operating systems.

Our commitment to, and capability in, quality management is achieved by:

  • Complying with statutory obligations, standards and codes of practice relevant to quality management and the environment in which we work,

  • Establishing, monitoring and auditing quality management systems and programs that are consistent with the certification requirements of ISO 9001: 2015,

  • Ensuring that relevant appropriate and achievable objectives are established and that they are reviewed regularly by the management team,

  • Development and maintain Client feedback and its effect on our performance,

  • Provide sufficient and suitable resources to implement and maintain WS’s quality systems,

  • Employ suitable qualified, skilled and motivated employees,

  • Include quality management in WS’s employee inductions,

  • Educate and training personnel to continually improve employee’s skills, awareness and knowledge of quality issues and practices,

  • Identify, investigate and satisfactorily resolve all non-conformances,

  • Establishing, and reviewing quality performance of consultants, subcontractors and suppliers and implementing

  • effective communication with all parties on quality and nonconformance issues.

The management team are fully committed to the above and shall ensure that this policy is effectively communicated, understood and applied across our practice. This policy shall be made available to all employees and interested parties, as requested.

This Quality Policy is evaluated as part of the overall review of the Quality Management System to ensure its stated objectives are met.
