PLANNING

Wiltshire Swain have significant experience in campus masterplanning and site auditing. Working with both government and non government agencies we have undertaken a number of masterplanning exercises for school, hospitals and research institutions. Other specific audits undertaken include fire and earthquake building audits, disability and access audits as well as general building condition audits. 

Complementing our ability to provide site wide masterplanning solutions, we can also produce 3D artistic visualisations in house that assist our clients in understanding opportunities or particular issues associated with their project.
